* VHSA / +BHSA Classes

Schooling permitted from 3:00 to 3:45 PM.  Show Begins Promptly at 4:00PM

(Call in Inclement Weather)

$12.00 per Class

CALIFORNIA WARM UP: May be ridden at start of each division (unjudged)

1.        Course B 

+LEADLINE: Beginning riders 9 and under, not eligible to enter any other class.

2.        Leadline A (100% rider)

3.        Leadline B (50% rider/ 50% pony) (BHSA)

+PRE SHORT STIRRUP:  Open to all riders 10 and under, may only cross enter into Pleasure Classes Walk/Trot. Judged on equitation.

4.        Pre Short Walk Only

5.        Pre Short Walk/Trot

6.        Pre Short Walk/Sit-Trot/Jumping Position 

+SHORT STIRRUP EQUITATION: Open to all riders 12 and under, riders may only cross enter into Pleasure Division.

7.        Short Stirrup Walk/Trot

8.        Short Stirrup Walk/Trot/Canter

9.        Short Stirrup Over Fences (18”) 

+STUDENT EQUITATION:  Open to riders in their 1^st or 2^nd year of showing over fences. Adults may ride ponies.

11.     Over Fences (2”)

12.     Over Fences (2”) 

*+PLEASURE PONY DIVISION: Open to Juniors on Ponies.

13.     Pleasure Pony Walk/Trot

*+PONY EQUITATION: Fences to be set at 2’ (small),2'3 (medium) & 2’6”(large).

17.     Pony Hunter Over Fences (Fences to be set at 2’ (small),2'3 (medium) & 2’6”(large)).

18.     Pony Hunter Over Fences (Fences to be set at 2’ (small),2'3 (medium) & 2’6”(large)).

19.     Pony Hunter Under Saddle

*+GREEN PONY/HORSE HUNTER DIVISION: Open to Ponies in their 1^st year & Horses in their 1^st/2^nd year of showing. Fences set at 2’ (small),2'3 (medium) & 2’6”(large). Horses must show at 2’6”.

20.      Green Pony/Horse Over Fences Course A

22.      Green Pony/Horse Over Fences Under Saddle  

*+ADULT/JUNIOR PLEASURE HORSE DIVISION: Open to all riders on horses.

*+CHILDREN’S/ADULT EQUITATION: Fences to be set at 2’6 or 3’0.

*+CHILDREN’S/ADULT HUNTER DIVISION: Open to Horses (2’6” and 3’ Fences)

27.     Children’s/Adult Hunter Over Fences Course A

28.     Children’s/Adult Hunter Over Fences Course B

29.     Children’s/Adult Hunter Under Saddle

 RULES

1. NO DOGS ALLOWED!
2. A $5 office fee will be charged for each horse entered.
3. Divisions may be combined or split if entries warrant.
4. Ribbons to 6^th place. Champion and Reserve in all divisions.
5. Points awarded as follows: 1^st- 5 pts., 2^nd- 3 pts., 3^rd- 2 pts., 4^th-1 pt.; Champion- 10 pts., Reserve Champion- 6 pts.
6. Every class is governed by the rules and specifications set by the current VHSA/BHSA rule books. All decisions by the judge are final.
7. Negative Coggins within 12 months required. (photocopy requested)
8. Hard hats must be worn at all times while mounted. Juniors must have ASTM approved helmets with harness securely fastened.
9. Picturesque Farm, employees, and associates will not be held responsible for a loss, accident, or injury during any show. Entry onto these grounds constitutes agreement and knowledge thereof.
10. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
11. Schooling attire permitted.
